Glucosamine sulfate is the sugar of an amino acid. The Japanese have done research on it for 15 years and have had excellent results with osteoarthritis. Glucosamine functions to rebuild the ligaments, tendons, cartilage and damaged joints. It stimulates the manufacture of the substances necessary for joint repair.
